The problem

A very experienced team wanting to start their business on the right foot

The Hear More Audiology team were very experienced, and wanted to make sure they launched their new audiology business with a strong start. With an aim to open clinics across 2 states, they needed branding that helped them stand out amongst an ocean of franchise hearing clinics that were already well established.

Hear More wanted to appeal to a certain type of client who are looking for longevity of care and a better level of support. The problem Hear More was facing was that it had a lot of competition, and it needed to appear bespoke, premium and not like other chain clinics.

The solution

A brand that communicates to its audience

I worked with the Hear More team to get to the bottom of their brand values. They mentioned the long and established history they had with their combined years of experience. And the fact that this wasn’t their first rodeo, they had all been part of the industry for many years and knew it well. Together we arrived at the iconography of an ear trumpet (after discarding the idea of 2 tin cups tied together with string). The ear trumpet iconography portrays a sense of history and science-based, proven techniques in audiology.

The brand was brought together with strong, easy to read typography for an older clientele, and the mint & watermelon colours work together to create a colour palette not yet seen in the audiology space. The brand completely differentiates Hear More from the larger healthcare chains and resembles the feel of a hospitality space; warm & inviting!

Imagery consists of people in real life situations, able to hear the minutiae of conversation. Branded patterns are used in textured paper and hearing aid gift box kits.

The response

A strong launch that packs a punch

The Hear More Audiology team hard launched their website into the hearing world and opened 3 brand new dedicated hearing clinics in South Australia. Their branded business cards & email signatures helped reinforce the established nature of their brand and assisted with marketing activities to get clients through the door.
