The problem

An established business with a poor online presence

Constellation Financial Planning have plenty of leads. Almost too many! Instead, their unique challenge was they weren’t educating their leads enough before a discovery call. They were wasting precious time on calls filling in the blanks, some of those people were their ideal clients, others weren’t. We needed a way to educate their leads with as much info as possible to before engaging in a discovery call. Ultimately, the goal was to increase conversion rates & time efficiency by having better educated leads who were further down the decision making process at enquiry.

The solution

Brand refresh, new website & online client welcome pack & automation

I gave the CFP logo a refresh, using an updated font that was much more modern & screams ‘premium’. I polished their logo graphic by making it more minimalist & high-end and isolated this to create supporting graphics throughout their branded materials to create brand trust & recognition. I designed & build a WordPress site that not only spoke to a higher-end client, but provided a wealth of information that spoke directly to that ideal client, through professional copywriting & improved design. I then created a conditional form on their enquiry page, this segments clients on the back end based on the boxes they tick, places them in an appropriate MailChimp list and automates them on a nurther journey including personalised emails and a 4-page online responsive info-pack written specifically for their area of interest.

Through a combination of great user experience, premium design, professional copywriting and a streamlined process of automated conditional segmenting & email marketing, CFP save time & have increased their conversion rates. By the time their enquiry leads jump on a call, they are educated and ready to book, and all of this work is done in the background without the advisors needing to lift a finger.
