Yep! Your website comes with agency-level pro tools to make editing easy. And a range of instructional videos on how to make changes will make it even easier.
However, a maintenance package will mean you don’t have to worry about edits, chose a package that allows 1hr of content changes per month! Click here to view the packages
The website design & build project is separate from hosting and maintenance.
WordPress sites require a maintenance package, you can see the options here.
Squarespace & Shopify sites don’t require maintenance and the hosting fee will be paid directly to the platform.
You will need to purchase a domain name and I always recommend clients purchase and manage their own domain names – this is a super important marketing tool for your business so it should be managed by you.
All I’ll need are your logins. I can help you set up a domain name and provide recommendations on my favourite providers. Most domains will only be around $20 per year.
All website projects require full brand guidelines prior to kick-off. You should have web-formatted logos in a few versions, as well as a good idea of your fonts, colour palette and supporting imagery or graphics.

You can supply your own content, a home page design mock will help you get an idea of what to write. I also have some tools to help get the creative juices flowing; because your website copy is just as important as the design in attracting your ideal client.
If you need help with copywriting I provide this too! I work with trusted partners to create copy that will make your audience clickity click that enquire button!
Just let me know if you require a copywriting package when we have a discovery call.
As part of a custom WordPress website build, I provide agency-level pro plugin licenses to allow you to edit the website easily, to make sure it’s super fast & that it pleases the Google Gods. These are all free when on one of my maintenance packages. If you choose to host with your own provider, you will need to purchase these licenses yourself (around $400), as well as an SSL certificate ($20-30).
Once we’ve gone live that’s the first part! Then we have to get some eyeballs onto it. The best way to get users to your site:
- SEO: I set you up with a lean & optimised site that Google will love, but that’s only one part of the equation. I can set you up with ongoing SEO content packages & keyword research to really help you reach #1
- Email marketing: I have packages to help set you up on the email marketing platform of your choice. Here we can create automated welcome emails, lead magnets, email capture forms, signatures and templates to make sure you’re building that list!
- Social media: Some despise it, but it can definitely get eyeballs on your site. I can set up a Link In Bio page, branded Canva templates, highlight graphics, whatever you need to get the ball rolling.
